Frameworx supports Warm Homes Social Housing Fund Wave 3 recipients

NHMF NPC Frameworx is pleased to announce its commitment to supporting social housing providers who have been awarded grants under Wave 3 of the Warm Homes Social Housing Fund.

Wave 3 has created unprecedented opportunities for housing providers to create warmer, more sustainable homes for their residents. As a leading social housing procurement framework, Frameworx is ideally suited to help providers maximise the impact of this vital funding.

Established in 2022 as a not-for-profit organisation, NPC Frameworx offers a range of benefits to housing providers looking for advice on how to allocate their Wave 3 funding and deliver the highest return on their investment. As the only procurement framework aligned with the industry gold-standard M3NHF Schedule of Rates, subscribers (and other contracting authorities) have access to a wide range of specialist providers and expert consultants in the latest sustainable building practices, smart technology and retrofit. In addition, Frameworx offers a highly competitive maximum fee of 1.5% with all surpluses being invested back into social value, sustainability, innovation, research and training.

With over £200 million of works procured across live agreements including Net Zero Carbon Works, Planned and Reactive Maintenance and Energy Consultancy Services, Frameworx offers members the option to procure through either Direct Award or Mini-Competition.

David Miller, NHMF NPC Frameworx Director, explains, “While Wave 3 is a huge step forward, the challenge now is how best to deliver these projects efficiently and on time.

“Works can be procured through a number of specialist agreements like our Net Zero Carbon works which includes but is not limited to green roofs, wall treatments, windows and doors, energy saving plumbing, heating and electrical devices, solar PV, heat pumps and other retrofit works. We also work with some of the industry’s leading energy and asset management consultants and mechanical, electrical and heating works providers.

“With successful applicants needing to plan their procurement strategies carefully to ensure they deliver long-term solutions that tackle fuel poverty and improve energy efficiency, the team at Frameworx understand the challenges that come with balancing complex procurement processes alongside the pressure to deliver against tight timeframes and even tighter budgets.

“Our mission is to streamline the procurement process and enable our members to deliver energy-efficient homes that will improve the lives of residents for many years to come.

“With Wave 3 opening up new opportunities for housing providers to make long-term sustainable improvements to their housing stock, NPC Frameworx is inviting all successful grant recipients to get in touch and find out how they can help you maximise funding.”
