The first contracts for the NHMF frameworx Tranche 1A – Consultancy Services have now been published.

The first is the Energy Consultancy (Domestic Energy Assessors, Non Domestic Energy Assessors and Retrofit Consultancy) – Publication reference: 2022/S 000-024369, which is now live.

The remaining contracts under this Tranche, which will be released shortly, have been grouped together for ease of procurement and evaluation are as follows:

• Compliance Consultancy (Gas Audit, Electrical Audit and Security and Access Compliance Consultancy Services)
• Compliance Consultancy (Fire Safety Audit, Water Hygiene, Asbestos and Lifts and Disabled Hoisting Facilities Audit Services)
• Asset Management Consultancy (Stock Condition Surveys – Domestic, Stock Condition Surveys – Non Domestic, and Asset Management Services)
• Health and Safety Consultancy (Health and Safety, and CDM Adviser/Principal Designer)
