We are one of the leading providers of surveying services in the UK and have the longest history of undertaking stock condition surveys in the sector. Around this core service we also carry out validations, EPCs, Retrofit works and surveys to commercial and corporate buildings. Our consultancy roles have included development of strategies, investment programmes, supervision of works etc.
We are unique for a number of reasons. Firstly, as authors of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates, we can demonstrate unrivalled knowledge of maintenance costs. We are also recognised software developers involved in M3Vision and M3Central (previously Locator Plus), helping us and our clients work in an efficient and robust way, and ensuring we provide clients with data they can rely on for years to come.
